Top quality Commercial Millwork company, producing a wide mix of commercial, retail, public and residential projects throughout North America, is looking for an experienced Craftsperson/Benchman with skills and experience in specialty wood joinery, machining, assembly and veneering.
This is a craftsperson position requiring focused specialty skillsets working with solid wood, wood composites and veneers. Ideally you have formal training in joinery (preferably through an apprenticeship or post-secondary program) and at least 3 to 5 years of experience using joinery skills in a millwork/custom woodwork operation. Experience with solid wood to make high quality architectural millwork is a must have.
To be successful in this position you need to be an organized, reliable individual that can read detailed drawings and also operate precision production equipment. On a daily basis you will be working with shop drawings that are accurate but intricate. To maintain established quality standards you must have an eye for detail and proven math skills to interpret project specifications. To meet production requirements you will need to produce and assemble project components in a efficient, safe and timely manner.

This is a full time permanent position with steady full time hours Monday to Friday.
